“With realization of one’s own potential and self-confidence in one’s ability,
one can build a better world. ” – His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama
Our practice is not limited to our time in meditation or on the cushion. Often our most beneficial practice is what we do when we are off the cushion. Our real practice is in every breath we take and manifests in every action we make. When we practice Dharma, we can see the situations in our lives clearly and respond to them in a way that is beneficial to ourselves and others. Rather than doing your practice, let your life be your practice.
Every Wednesday the Way of Compassion Dharma Center offers a meditation and Dharma talk facilitated by John (Chophel) Bruna. The teaching is at our center in Carbondale, Colorado and is also broadcast live via Livestream.com.
Supported by Davi Nikent, Center for Human Flourishing and offered on a free-will donation basis.
