Ever wonder why you eat the way you do?
Forgotten how to eat?
Interested in the language of food?

One of the consequences of our highly modernized culture that values convenience is our disconnection from our selves, from the gifts of our natural world, and from the significance of being in relationship. In this series you will experience a return to conscious living by reconnecting to the wisdom of your body, mind, and spirit, through the powerful medium of food. Activities will include opportunities to ground yourself through the stories of your ancestors, sensory exploration, the use of creative imagination, mindfulness practices and rituals.
