Quantum Leadership is more than a skill set – it is a new paradigm that naturally generates a thriving life, and world. It is action generated from wholeness and oneness – where the extraordinary future becomes possible that is unimaginable within our traditional understanding of how to drive change.
Whatever your current or potential leadership role is, this workshop will help you to profoundly amplify your contribution as a leader. Quantum Leadership is about leveraging the best of what we now know about our influence on each other, our environment, and within ourselves – and specifically how to create the more beautiful world we know is possible.
In the workshop expect to:
- re-create your vision of what is possible in your life and in the world
- gain radically effective tools and practices to make that vision real
- understand the reality of unpredictable and unprecedented change for the better
- let go of old stories and strategies that are preventing the future you envision
Your leader in the workshop: Gwen Garcelon
As a staff member of the international citizen action group RESULTS, Gwen coached and trained volunteer political advocates world-wide in the movement to end poverty for over a decade. She was trained by and worked alongside visionary leaders like Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Muhammad Yunus (RESULTS Board Member, Founder of Grameen Bank), Sam Daley-Harris (Founder of RESULTS and The Microcredit Summit Campaign), Lynn McMullen (RESULTS Executive Director, then Peace Alliance Executive Director), and Marshall Saunders (RESULTS Group Leader, then Founder of the Citizens Climate Lobby.)
As founder and president of HighLife Unlimited, Gwen has empowered community leaders and the success of community efforts for over 15 years. She helps people to create effective partnerships and working relationships for breakthroughs in service to ecological and social sustainability for a thriving world.
