Elizabeth Cockrill Ward has studied bodywork and vibrational medicine for over 20 years. A consumate professional, she brings a love of alternative healing arts to all she does.
Her archetypal sound therapy, delivered by her expert guidance and a myriad of planetary gongs, invites the listener to experience a range of possibilities, from the most subtle to the extremely profound.
Many find that the messages they receive during these states bring peace and a great sense of well-being.

Jan Garrett is a jazz singer with a poet’s soul….an award winning songwriter, speaker, teacher, and master creativity coach who believes that “The chance of a lifetime is to be yourself.”
A lifelong professional musician and mother of identical twin daughters, she is also a wilderness vision quester and Certified Laughing Instructor.
In her colorful past, Jan has toured with Steve Martin, John Denver, and the Dirt Band, and has appeared on the Tonight Show and in Rolling Stone Magazine.
She teaches authentic voice and piano-by-ear here in the Roaring Fork Valley, and has led women’s retreats for well over 20 years.
