Join us for an evening of exploring how to shift into freedom that is already here within us. We will explore simple effective tools of awareness that help us tune into our deepest wisdom and awaken to a more spacious, open-hearted, embodied life.

Loch Kelly, M.Div. LCSW is the author of, Shift into Freedom: The Science and Practice of Open-Hearted Awareness which was awarded “Top 10 Best Books of the Year” by Spirituality & Health Magazine. Loch is an educator, licensed psychotherapist and recognized leader in the field of meditation who was asked to teach by Mingyur Rinpoche and Adyashanti. Loch has worked in community mental health, addiction recovery and counseled family members of 9/11. He is the founder of the non-profit Open-Hearted Awareness Institute. Loch collaborates with neuroscientists at Yale, UPenn and NYU to study how awareness training enhances compassion and wellbeing.
