In the first week you will learn the seven essential building blocks that create the strong foundation of health that the body needs in order to heal itself. In the second week, you will learn how to support your body’s innate ability to heal itself with natural and gentle practices. And in the final week, we will cover the organ systems that commonly become weak in today’s environment and how to strengthen and restore their vitality.
