memory skills!

Marti Barbour (on the right) has been the Program Administrator of Roaring Fork Brain Train and Volunteer Coordinator for Home Care and Hospice of the Valley. She is a licensed Colorado Certified Nurse Assistant, Alzheimer’s trained; CPR Certified and holds a certification in Brain Wellness. She is the mother of four accomplished adult children and has one precious grandchild. She has an administrative and creative background but loves people, thus, her caregiving business name of “People, Plants & Paperwork”.
Dia Lynn ( on the left) is a self-employed retired bodyworker, holistic healer, teacher and minister who is educated in Occupational & Art Therapy, Nutrition, Breathwork, Medical QiGong Energy Clearing as well as Anatomy/Physiology instruction. Spirit of Wholeness Ministry is her “Church Without Walls”. It is a healing, teaching, counseling, non-denominational ministry. Dia’s motto is: “Unifying body, mind, emotions and spirit with humanity and the planet.”
Register by December 31st for $70. After December 31st fee is $75.

Offered by The Eagle County Aging Well Program.
These Intro Session include parts of the Memory 1.0 class which begins January 30.
Bring a “brain-healthy” pot-luck dish – appetizer, entree or dessert – to share and hear from the Total Brain Health facilitators Marti Barbour and Dia Lynn.
