Systemic Family Constellation Work is a therapeutic process based on the understanding that there are traumatic events that occurred in our families going back generations, which cause us to think and act in ways beyond our conscious control. Just as we inherit our physical traits, we also inherit emotional patterns that are unconscious and unspoken.Ancestral suffering can emerge and may manifest in your life as pain, illness, addiction, and or personal & relational difficulties. Honoring the suffering in our family line can cause unconscious loyalties and patterns that can keep us from living our own life. These entanglements can be seen and resolved through Constellation work.In this 3-dimensional group process, we enter into connection with our Ancestors through sacred field’s, opening a space of awareness in three dimensions of consciousness: personal, inherited and spiritual.Through this process we access multi-generational patterns from the “field” of greater knowledge. Not through story or through people’s words or mental processes, as in traditional talk therapy.The issues we have are universal and affect everyone regardless of our family story. We grow up believing that everything is separate.Family Constellation is a bridge, a completely different way of being in the world. I have this body, my experiences. I live my own life and the same goes for you. What this work brings up is something that is characteristic in our existence, an ability to feel commonality, to see and to be of service to and help one another in a deeply transformational way. We see that which has been hidden and resolutions appear, shifting generations of suffering.

She has integrated her gifts with the wisdom received from 40 years of study and fieldwork in Organizational and Systemic constructs across Social groups and Cultures. A perpetual student. She is engaged in continual study of Sacred Movement, Yoga, Human Development, Family Dynamics, Metaphysics, Spirituality, Energy Medicine, Divination, Transpersonal Psychology, Healing Trauma, Addiction and Recovery and Love from the Many Masters and Amazing teachers of the Healing Arts and Wisdom Traditions she has known.Carol leads Transformational Embodied Growth Experiences with groups and individuals across the U.S. utilizing Field and Systemic Constellation Work, as defined by the psychotherapist, Bert Hellinger. This work was inspired by his many years of living with the Zulu tribes, and from Stephen Victor’s offerings in the Fields of Grace.
