9:00–12:00 PM
Third Street Center – Calaway Room,

Holidays are over. Take a breath and release the tension in your body.
Learn an easy way to release stress from the body with *TRE®, a self-help technique.
If you care for others, this is for you. Caring deeply—professionally or personally—can quietly tax the body and nervous system. Join us for a supportive, experiential workshop exploring compassion fatigue and learning *TRE® (Trauma/Tension Releasing Exercises), a gentle, evidence-informed, body-led practice that helps release accumulated stress and restore balance.
A video of teaching by Dr. David Berceli (Founder of TRE® will be shown at the workshop.

She and Dr. Berceli trained the FDNY to teach TRE® to all their probationary employees. Jacy, with Dr. David Berceli, is leading the way to create TRE® Trainers for First Responders.
