Life is not always nice. Friends are not always friendly.
Lovers are not always loving. Hurts simply hurt.
It is essential to living a life with harmony, connection, and the fulfillment of needs, yours and others.
Nonviolent Communication, NVC, also referred to as Compassionate Communication, offers a new model of relating that will transform your way of using words, leading to open, honest and effective communication from the heart.
In this workshop you will have an opportunity to learn to:
- Listen to hear the message in the words
- Speak in a way that you are heard
- Create win/win outcomes from conflict
