Join ontological coach, Andrea Villa, for a conversation on Love based on Dante’s Vita Nova as a map of the Erotic journey of the masculine.
The Vita Nova is the chronicle of Dante’s love story with Beatrice. It is both an ordinary “boy meets girl” book and an exploration of the spiritual dimension of the erotic from a male perspective.
Andrea will provide a “peek” into the richness of Dante’s lesser known work – The Vita Nova. Dante’s poetry will lead us to discuss the original meaning of Eros, what it means to be “in love”, the profound differences of expression of of such Love between male and females and how, once understood such differences can be assets for the cultivation of Love in relationships.
The conversation Friday evening will lay the ground for a deeper dive into the work in a day long presentation Saturday April 22nd.
No need to be familiar with Dante’s Vita Nova to enter into this experience.
Andrea Villa is a coach who brings together his Ontological training with several years of studies on male initiation with indigenous people from India to West Africa to Native Americans, developing a unique understanding of gender as intelligence. His passion is to mentor men in regaining their erotic agency in Love, relationships and in claiming their vocation. He is currently at work writing a book titled The Erotic code of Men and the Blessing of Gender.
