A transformative workshop intended to shed, shake up, wake up, and evoke new energies, and a new life within you!

The experience includes Sacred Cacao Ceremony, Embodied Light and Love Qigong Practice, Cosmic Breathwork, Live Surround-Sound DJ Ecstatic Dance, Transformation Guided Hypnotherapy, and a Tranquil Sound Bath, followed by healthy food, drink and social time.
Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, eye pillow, journal with a pen, and if you like, a sentimental picture or item for the group altar.

The cost is $90 for the 5 hours of community camaraderie.
