Ardis Hoffman

Ardis Hoffman is a Heart-Centered Life Coach. She worked for 25 years in top-level management in the medical industry (traditional, alternative, human and animal) using her natural ability to build cooperative teams, expand human potential and deeper compassion in the workplace. Ardis has studied, accepted, and implemented many practices that have allowed her compassionate loving being to be set free. She loves and lives to support others in finding their authenticity, inner peace, love, and joy, embracing and living a heart-centered life which she believes is the solution for the imbalances in humanity and the planet.

Ardis is a certified Attitudinal Healing facilitator, a Higher Alignment Coach, and in Plant-Based Nutrition.
