This monthly community conversation combines Non-violent Communication practice with practical mindful heart-centered practice to provide a framework for harmonious communication, authentic connection, and joyous living. This experience allows you to practice NVC in real time while providing you with tools to use in daily life. Come for yourself, and feel free to bring your partner, friends, neighbors, co-workers and your communication challenges. Walk away with a more loving, Heart-Centered communication practice. A time to relax, connect, and be supported.
