“Please join Krista and me for a sound healing journey in the exquisite atmosphere of the Round Room.

Together, we will explore present-moment awareness and cultivate a foundation for living fully into the experience of now.

Many teachers today emphasize the importance of present-moment awareness in our modern world. But what does it truly mean, and how do we embody it? The answer is simple: we live into it.

Our gathering will begin with a short Dharma talk and guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey using gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other sound healing instruments. Through this experience, we will gently integrate charged emotions from past imprinting while creating spaciousness, freedom, and deeper awareness within the mind, body, and spirit—right here in the present moment.

These practices are designed to support, nurture, and stabilize a greater quality of life across all dimensions—personal well-being, relationships, creativity, and beyond.

Your hosts:
Zachary Cashin, DC – A chiropractor by day; a virtuosa of planetary gongs, crystal bowls, didgeridoo, flute, Hung Drum, chimes, indigenous drum and ceremony at night! Zach gathers family members and friends to manifest a journey of energy restoration. His journey to wholeness has provided him with a toolkit of knowledge and practice that he readily shares in the Vibrational Sound Healing Journey. A generous soul who inspires others to stay steady on the road of the inner journey.

Krista Cashin – Krista is a registered nurse who has over 30 years of nursing experience. She became interested in holistic nursing while working in the intensive care nursery as she became aware of the many facets of health. She received her certification in holistic nutrition at the Nutrition Therapy Institute as well as certificates in Reiki, Healing Touch, and Energy Medicine.
