Wisdom from an Elder Shaman – Postponed

March 2 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Wisdom from an Elder Shaman with Woo du An
POSTPONED – new date and time to be announced
Round Room, Third Street Center
520 S. Third Street, Carbondale

“In peace we remember who we are, and from peace, we can ask the questions that strike more closely to the heart, and we can become patient and quiet enough to become the answer.”
– Woo
You are invited to an experiential gathering led by Woo Du-An, a shaman, and healer who lives in the Seven Castles by the Frying Pan River above Basalt, Colorado.

Whether we’re feeling dry or juicy, this gathering of souls is a time and place of sanctuary–a time where we are safe to allow ourselves to be just where we’re at. In this Sanctuary of Allowing, there can arise a sense of peace, a sense of loving ourselves unconditionally. This is a healing of love… when our fears and anxieties lose their hold and we find shelter in the refuge of love. There will be space for sharing, questions and answers, sacred silence, and live Native American flute.

A message from Rob:

“This is not a workshop. I’m not here to offer a curriculum. My intention is to provide a shared experience of sanctuary, of presence, of peace.

My Chinese name, Woo Du-An, was divined at birth in China in the Chinese tradition by a naming astrologer. Woo Du-An means “The Tao of War and Peace,” or “Harmony with War and Peace.” I’m also known by my recording artist name of Rob Whitesides-Woo, and my American name, Robert Woo.”

Fee for the workshop: $35
Reserve your place by purchasing a ticket HERE.

All who attend the workshop will receive a free copy of his book, “Allowing God – Insights to Inspire and Renew the Fire of Love at the Very Center of Your Soul.

BIO: Woo has a Master in Theology from Peace Theological Seminary. As Rob Whitesides-Woo, the recording artist, he has written 10 albums, and has scored over 200 films in the documentary, educational, and special venue domains. His solo album, Mountain Light, achieved 13 on the Billboard ratings.

Woo Du-An offers private sessions across the United States and worldwide, as well as sessions and occasional workshops at his home in Basalt, Colorado, on the Western Slope of the Rocky Mountains. His focus is to help people to heal trauma and to love themselves unconditionally, just as they are.
