Gong Bath, Sacred Sound with Gregg Wilkins

A Gong Bath is where you are immersed in the vibrations and resonance of the gongs allowing sound to wash over you. These sessions can help on many levels of your being from the physical (on a cellular level) to consciousness/spiritual areas.
Gregg's "Gong Bath" is done in the tradition that his friend and fellow gong practitioner, Richard Rudis developed. Richard and Gregg performed together for many years playing 4 Earth Gongs before Richard's passing in 2024.
