Every Monday morning from 8 am to noon, retired family physician, Greg Feinsinger, MD,  offers a FREE one-hour consultation about heart attack, stroke, diabetes prevention; plant-based nutrition; other medical issues.

Dr. Feinsinger, retired from Glenwood Medical Associates after 42 years as a family physician. He now has a nonprofit Center For Prevention and Treatment of Disease Through Nutrition.

Your instructor, Jessi Hastings, is an RN who has done medical massage and taught Iyengar Yoga for 20 years in Durango, Colorado. Neuromovement is her latest and greatest passion.

Jessi offers privates for adults and children with Special Needs in Carbondale at Third Street Center, Suite #31, 520 S. Third Street on Tuesday mornings and Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons
and in Glenwood at Gail Chapman’s chiropractic office, 1317 Grand Ave, Suite 228 on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday all day.
SESSION FEES: Adults – $80 or $75 for four or more sessions paid up front. Receive 1/2 off your first private.
Children – $60  or $50 for four or more sessions..
