During this dynamic, interactive healing session, you’ll connect with your Higher Self while being guided with breath patterns and visualization through the chakras (energy centers) located throughout the body. As you flush, clear and balance on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels, you’ll gain greater understanding of your life experiences and the spiritual history imprinted within the layers of your form.
Everything is energy! The Breath of Light helps to illuminate, diffuse and lift energies formerly blocking full health and well-being.
Relieve anxiety, injuries, health conditions, relationship issues, depression, grief, life transitions of loved ones as well as within your own life, heighten spiritual awareness, and much more. Exhilaration, release and joy may follow, as well as a compassionate, loving, and expansive embrace of yourself and relationships past, present and future!
Please bring yoga mat, blanket, bolster/pillow for your comfort laying down for the Breath of Light session. Individual session opportunities with Margaret are also available this weekend.
