The one day introductory class, AstroSonic Yoga, offers a modern day view into Raja Yoga, The Royal Science, as experienced through Sonic Astrology. The Bhagavad Gita is the primary reference text and complete backdrop of the seminar. Participants will get an overview of the book though historical context followed by it’s practical application to their astrological natal charts. Beginners of astrology and sound healing may gain inspiration to pursue Raja Yoga, and seasoned practitioners will hopefully find the material refreshing and exciting.
No pre-requisites needed.
Tuning fork demos and a sonic meditation with gongs is part of the class.

Sylvia is a resident of Boulder, Colorado who studies the archetypal language of nature. It is from her long term residency of Boulder, a unique treasure on Earth, that she learned to observe how nature directs our collective lives towards harmonious balance. This relationship, in conjunction with a personal commitment to The Perennial Philosophy, led to her development of AstroSonic Designs which is Operation Tikkun Olam’s signature. Sylvia lives to teach The Perennial Philosophy as well as to design, install and activate Geo-Conscious AstroSonic energy fields. She also enjoys her private alternative health care practice, gardening and her two very odd dogs, for the most part, in peace with the support of good friends and strong family roots.
