It is unresolved ancestral energies and patterns that are at the root of so many of the issue’s, that we individually and systemically are tangled up in.

Research shows that ancestral trauma is epigenetically passed on and can change the structure of our DNA. This unprocessed material runs in the background, influencing our health, our relationships and our well being.
Research also shows that we can heal the effects of generational trauma, by creating safe and nurturing experiences. We are meant to thrive, to be free to carry the gifts and the love from our lineages. This is the inheritance I will leave my girl’s.

DaviDaIn indigenous cultures, traumas are resolved and healed in community. We all are indigenous to somewhere and more of us are recognizing the wisdom in utilizing more traditional ways of healing. We work similarly in Systemic Constellation, within the safety of the group. Whether we participate as a focus client, a representative, or a witness, in the experience of an individual constellation, our perception is expanded into a broader field, where we are able to find new level’s of understanding and change.
