Have you ever wondered why your family experiences the same painful issues over many generations?

A Constellation starts with you and any issue. Problem’s that are difficult to overcome, are often rooted in past trauma passed down from our parents, grandparents and ancestral lineage. Just as we inherit our physical traits, we also inherit emotional patterns, that are unconscious and unspoken. These can manifest as pain, illness, addictions, personal and relational difficulties. Resolving and releasing these systemic entanglements allows us to reestablish balance and take our true place in our families.

It is a gift to share this unique approach with you to untangling, honoring and freeing ourselves from the effects of prior generations.
